Deleting your edalearning.ai account


If you no longer need your edalearning.ai account and wish to delete it, please follow these simple steps.

1. Sign into edalearning.ai using your normal method.
2. Accessing the Deletion option in My settings
3. In the top right corner of the page, hover your cursor over your avatar to open the profile menu
   
           
4. From the drop-down menu select “My settings”.


5. Choosing the deletion option. From the navigation menu on the left hand side of the page select “Delete account”.


6. Read carefully the information provided which tells you what will happen if you delete your account.


Deciding whether to delete your account, If you do not wish to delete your account, select one of the options from the My Settings navigation menu or
the main menu items at the top of the page.
 


If you do wish to delete your account, select the “Delete” button.
7. Confirming your decision to delete your account. You will be presented with a message box containing a final confirmation request.
If you do not wish to confirm the deletion of your account, select either “Cancel” button or the “X” in the top right corner of the message box.


This will close the confirmation message box.

If you wish to confirm the deletion of your account, select the “Delete” button.


Your account will be deleted. Confirmation of your account deletion
If you joined edalearning.ai using email, you will receive an email with a code to verify your Delete request.

If you joined using another method such as a social media account you will not receive an email.
