How do I raise a ticket in the Support Centre?

When you're encountering a inquiries or any problem, to raise a ticket, you will need to be signed in and go to the support site.

To sign in you must be a registered user.  As a registered user you can submit tickets and track their progress and view the most recent Help Centre activities under the "My Area" section.  At the support pages, edalearning.ai providing you a necessary FAQ, in case you can't find an answers or solutions, you are able to send a request ticket to us by steps below:

1. Click at submit a ticket
   
2. Fill in the information and your problem.  This's in order to reach us and provide the support accurate.
   
3. Click Submit.

*  is a mandatory information that required you fill in completely 

edalearning.ai support team will investigate your requirement and notify you by a provided email address that you fill in the ticket when we're acknowledgement and accommodate with a final solution.
