Troubleshooting when application is not working for Android

Basic Troubleshooting

1. Restart your device, press your phone's power button or on the screen, tap restart icon, if you don't see "Restart," press your phone's power button for about 30 seconds, until your phone restarts.
2. Check for edalearning.ai app updates, go to the google play store, check any edalearning.ai app available app updates.
3. Verify if your device has the latest system updates, check for Android system updates, go to settings > system update to check for any available Android system updates. 
4. Clear the app cache and data, go to settings > Apps & notifications > select edalearning.ai application, tap "Storage" and then "Clear cache". 
5. Ensure a stable internet connection, ensure you have a stable internet connection, especially if the app requires online access. 
   

Advanced troubleshooting:

1. Check storage space, make sure you have enough storage available on your device to install and run the app. 
   
2. Disable battery optimization: Sometimes, it might be impacted by battery optimization settings, so check if the app is allowed to run in the background. 
   
3. Force stops the edalearning.ai app, go to settings > apps & notifications > select the app and tap "force stop". 
   
4. Reinstall the app, uninstall the app from your device and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
